Notary Signing Agent Services
Request Rick as your Preferred notary!
At Notarized by Rick, I offer a comprehensive range of notary signing agent services. In addition to working directly for lenders, escrow companies, banks, attorneys and loan signing services to notarize their customers’ documents, you can request Rick of Notarized by Rick to be your requested notary!
Notarized documents must be notarized correctly by your notary. A missing buyer signature or initial can hold up a loan or other document packages from closing on time. As a trained, certified, and background-checked notary signing agent, you can hire me directly to notarize your document package paperwork. Just request me to be your preferred notary.
Before I meet with you, I will have made copies of your loan package, gone through every page, and flagged where notarizations need to happen and signatures and initials need to be.
My pricing generally ranges from $80 to $175, depending on factors such as the number of signers, the number of pages to be printed, distance traveled, and whether scanbacks are required. For reverse mortgage packages, pricing ranges from $175 to $250.
I look forward to working with you and your clients to provide exceptional notary signing agent services!

The Notary Process
Here's a brief overview of the mobile notary process with Notarized by Rick:
- Schedule an appointment: Contact me to schedule a convenient time and location for your notary appointment. In addition, I will ask you if you have all the document pages, how many signers there will be, how many documents need notarization, and if you need witnesses (if applicable). From this information, I will give you the amount to notarize plus travel fees. If you agree to the price, we can set up an appointment.
- Rick comes to you: I will travel to your location, whether it's your home, office, or another agreed-upon place.
- Document review and signer verification: I will review the documents, verify the signer's identity, and ensure all parties are willing and able to sign. Click here for more information about Acceptable ID.
- Record keeping and notarization: I will record the transaction in my notary journal and then notarize the document. State law requires a thumbprint.
- Payment and document return: After the notarization is complete, I will collect payment, and you'll receive your notarized documents.
