Before Your Notary Appointment
To ensure a smooth and efficient notary appointment, please keep the following in mind:
- Gather all documents that require notarization, and make sure they are complete and ready for signing. Incomplete documents cannot be notarized.
- Verify the signer's identity by presenting a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID card. Click here to see acceptable identification.
- All signers must be present at the appointment time.
- The price per notarized signature is $15.00 along with a travel fee. Payment is expected at the time of service. Payment methods accepted are: cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards.
