Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting a client who needed a special kind of notarization. She had written a letter for a friend and wanted it notarized, but the type of notarization required wasn’t immediately clear. After explaining what her options were, she decided on a Jurat.  She wanted to affirm that every word in the letter was truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

What made this appointment even more memorable was the location. The signer’s home was just steps away from the beach. Post-signing, I took a moment to soak in the stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. It’s not every day you get to pair the professionalism of notarization with the tranquility of the seaside!
